FactLens is a mobile-first application. All video analysis features are available exclusively through our mobile app (iOS and Android). This website is used only for subscription management and account settings.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with FactLens within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Account must not have been previously refunded
  • No evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity

Subscription Terms

Recurring Billing: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the mobile app. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No Partial Refunds: After the 7-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

  • Service outages that significantly impacted your usage

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or suspend accounts if we detect patterns of:
