3. User Accounts

To use FactLens, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. Subscription and Payments

FactLens offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to videos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content.

Our Content: The FactLens service, including software, algorithms, and analysis results, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Limitations

We strive to provide accurate analysis, but:

• Our AI detection is not 100% accurate and should not be relied upon exclusively
• Results are provided "as is" without warranties
• We may limit features based on your subscription plan
• Service availability is subject to maintenance and updates

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACTLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account:
